Service Terms and Conditions

§1 Preliminary Provisions
1. These Terms define the rules for using the DBRebirth Story website and game server, available at https://dbrsw-war.eu/.
2. The DBRebirth Story Project is a non-commercial, hobby-based initiative managed by a private individual referred to as the Administrator.
3. The website and all related functionalities (including voluntary support options) are not a store and do not constitute business or commercial activity under applicable law.

§2 Definitions
1. User (Player) – a natural person using the DBRebirth Story website or game server.
2. Administrator – the individual responsible for maintaining and managing the DBRebirth Story Project and its infrastructure.
3. Project / Server – the DBRebirth Story game server and related website forming part of this non-commercial initiative.
4. Account – a User’s personal account used to log in to the website and the game.
5. Registration Form – a form used to create a User Account.
6. Support Form – an option allowing Users to provide voluntary donations to help maintain the project.
7. P Points (PPoints) – virtual points granted as a token of appreciation for voluntary support; they do not represent real-world value or constitute payment.
8. Digital Content – virtual items or features accessible to Users within the DBRebirth Story game or website.
9. Server Rules – the set of behavioral and participation rules applied on the DBRebirth Story game server.

§3 Contact

§4 Technical Requirements
To use the website:

§5 General Information
1. The Administrator strives to maintain proper operation of the project but is not responsible for interruptions caused by technical problems, maintenance, or external factors.
2. Participation in the DBRebirth Story project is voluntary and free of charge.
3. Any financial contributions are voluntary and are treated as personal donations to help cover the server and project maintenance costs.

§6 Account Creation
1. To create an account, Users must fill in the Registration Form with an email address, username, and password.
2. Creating an account is free of charge.
3. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

§7 Voluntary Support
1. Users may choose to voluntarily support the DBRebirth Story Project: War Edition [S2].
2. As a token of appreciation, Users may receive P Points (PPoints) that can be used for entertainment purposes within the game.
3. P Points have no cash equivalent, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for money or goods.
4. Providing voluntary support does not create any contractual obligation or constitute the purchase of a service or product.
5. Donations are considered gifts intended solely to help maintain the project and its server.

§8 Complaints and Technical Issues
1. In case of technical issues, Users may contact the Administrator via the email provided in §3.
2. The Administrator will make reasonable efforts to address issues in good faith but cannot guarantee specific outcomes or compensation.

§9 Personal Data and Privacy
1. The Administrator of personal data is the owner of the domain www.dbrsw-war.eu.
2. Personal data is processed only for account management, communication with Users, and technical maintenance of the project.
3. Data is not shared with third parties except when required by law.
4. Users have the right to access, modify, or delete their data at any time.

§10 Final Provisions
1. The DBRebirth Story Project is a hobby-based and non-commercial initiative, created for entertainment and community purposes only.
2. The Administrator reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, notifying Users by publishing the new version on the website.
3. In matters not regulated by these Terms, the relevant provisions of Polish law apply, if applicable.
4. By using the website or the game server, Users confirm that they have read and accepted these Terms.
